How will you make an impact?
- Assist in managing every aspect of our hardware and software solution 24/7 for optimal performance.
- Actively monitor a variety of laboratory equipment and environments for any deviations from preset parameters and to provide live support to avert critical failures
What you will be doing
- Handling customer technical support cases through phone and email submission
- Monitor our real-time monitoring platform’s software for our customers’ specific needs
- Compile reports on progress, and to identify, resolve and inform on technical issues
- Test network connectivity between our customers’ locations and AWS or our data center
- Work on a fixed schedule to respond to alarms, etc.
- Preparing reference material for users by drafting operation instructions
Tech Stack/Skill requirements
- Data analysis, including experience with Excel and databases
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Demonstrated fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Previous experience with customer service or technical support (+2 years)
- Previous Experience supporting networks and software ( plus )
- Experience with data analysis and process optimization ( plus )
