Main Responsabilities:

In this role you will have the responsibility to develop Embedded Software Applications for On/Off-Road Vehicles, Displays and Implements. This position will be working at the Enterprise Technology Engineering Center in Monterrey, N.L. assigned to an embedded application development team. 

• Design new and existing embedded software controls for Tractors/Planting/Spraying/Harvesting Equipment. 
• This role has good understanding on Embedded Software Technology and Strong Software Development Skills.
• This person is well conversant with software analysis, design, debugging, and using hardware for integration and verification. 
• In this position you will attend to Agile Ceremonies such as Sprint planning, stand ups, etc. 
• He/she will work with a team as a software developer with constant communication with his Supervisor, Product Owner, and other Developers using Agile Methodology. 

What Skills You Need:

• Should have knowledge on how to develop software with at least one of these tools:
• C for embedded development
• C++ for QT development
• Model Based Software Design & Simulation (MBSD)
• Auto Code Generation
• Python or other scripting language
• Good understanding on Embedded Software Technology and Software Development Skills.
• Strong communication skills for conflict resolution, meetings, reporting, etc.
• Strong commitment on delivery/ Customer oriented.
• Strong English skills, speaking and writing. 
• Strong drive by results.
• Proactive.

What Makes You StandOut:

• Knowledge of CAN or other communication protocol.
• Good understanding of control theory
• Experience working with analog/digital electronics.
• Experience with Software Real-Time Operating Systems. 
• Demonstrated high critical analysis skills to overcome team´s roadblocks. 

Education (or equivalent experience):

Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Digital Systems, and Robotics Engineering or similar.
