DevOps Engineer en IO Connect Services

IO Connect Services is currently seeking a “hands-on” DevOps Engineer to join our team as a full-time employee. We are Advanced partners of Amazon Web Services, Mulesoft and Salesforce so if you are interested in learning and obtaining certifications in these technologies, this job is for you!  

The Cloud Developer will be responsible for project-based CICD pipeline implementations, IaC , as well as monitoring, maintenance, and support of existing solutions for our clients. This position will serve as a contributor for tasks such as template creation, cloud formation, implementation of high-availability strategies and alert and monitoring strategies.  

Minimum Qualifications:  

• Bachelors or Masters of Science Degree in Computer Science (or its equivalent)  

• 1 year of DevOps experience as a minimum  

• Deep understanding of the cloud, preferably working with AWS (Azure and Google Cloud practitioners are also welcome) and IaC – Infrastructure as Code  

• CI/CD pipelines and tools such as: Codeville , Code Deploy, Jenkins, Terraform and GIT repositories  

• Monitoring tools   

• Containers EIKS ECS  

• DevOps Methodologies  

• Good verbal and written communication skills, both in Spanish and English  

Desired Qualifications:  

• AWS or equivalent Associate-level certification  

• Java or other object-oriented programming experience ( Javascript , NodeJS, Python)  

• Agile methodology  

• SQL experience (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle DB)
