We’re looking for a Business Analyst . T o succeed in this position you must be incredibly passionate about working with stakeholders and engineers gathering requirements and performing in-depth business analysis to bring software products and projects to life.
Someone who will BELIEVE in the company, its mission, its growth strategy and most of all its products!
The Business Analyst is primarily responsible for understanding the company needs from a business perspective, performing in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical req uirements to provide detailed possible software solutions for the company .

Requirements :
- 3-5+ years of IT Business Analyst experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Actively participate in assisting the team resolving issues and escalate as needed.
- Proven experience g athering, validating and documenting business requirements for IT projects .
- Experience modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Experience identifying possible issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
- Experience in the creation of functional specifications and requirements for solutions.
- Experience working as a bridge for business and technical teams to understand each other and h elp them simply information to make it understandable by all parties .
- Experience e stimating costs and identifying business savings.
- Experience s upporting business transition s and helping to establish change.
Nice to Have :
- Experience working in SCRUM projects.
- Coding experience with any programming language.
Ideal Profile :
- Resourceful and problem solving abilities to think creatively solutions to business challenges .
- C ritical Thinking , ability to understand and analyze problems and find solutions .
- Great communication skills, ability to ask the right questions and correctly understand business needs.
- A self-starting attitude – ability to work independently and take initiatives.
- Fluent in English.
